He’s having the last laugh.
A Michigan father who obliterated a pair of dim-witted Instagram trolls that played a cruel prank on him while he was working at a grocery store said he’s âabsolutely blown awayâ after over $400,000 poured into a fundraiser for him in just two days.
In the viral video, a pair of foolish pranksters approached the Red Baron rep â identified only as Michigan local Walt Z â while he was stocking freezer shelves.

They asked him what the time was and then proceeded to pretend to steal money from him using a fake Apple Pay sound.
In response to the sick stunt, the hardworking employee unleashed a tirade on the pair.
âMy life is hard enough as it is, okay? I donât need this crap,â Walt says.
âBro, bro, itâs just a joke! Itâs just a prank,â the Instagrammer in the video hits back.
âI got kids at home that went to bed without me right now! I was supposed to be off an hour ago! I gotta wake up at 5 in the morning and do 10 more stores!â the fed-up worker shouts.
âIâm sorry, bro, chill. Weâre just filming a video, it was just a joke ââ he says, before Walt cuts him off and steps forward.

âNo, you donât! Youâre probably making money off of this! I canât even pay my goddamn mortgage! And I got four kids at home! So not funny!â Walt shoots back.
The cruel fools posted the video to Instagram but quickly wiped it and deactivated their account after they were slapped with massive backlash.
In support of the hardworking father, a verified online fundraiser was set up for Walt on GoFundMe â which has already raked in roughly $413,000 in donations.
âWalt Z out of Michigan sends a heartfelt thankyou, and is absolutely blown away by how much people have cared over this,â the fundraiserâs organizer Luke Oakenshield wrote Wednesday.

The Red Baron rep is ârequesting privacyâ after the social media stunt and the funds will be directly transferred to him, according to Oakenshield.
âYou’re all Rockstars, and it shows,â he added.
Oakenshield said he created the fundraiser because since the video went viral, âthere is real concern that this hardworking person could lose their job because of a situation they did not create.â

A spokesperson for Red Baronâs parent company told The Post in a statement Wednesday that they were aware of the video and have âconnected directly with our team member to check on his well-being, and we continue to offer our full support.â
âWe are pleased to share that he is doing well and remains a valued member of our team,â the spokesperson added.
