Mossimo Giannulli has filed his response to Lori Loughlin’s request for a divorce following 28 years of marriage, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
Giannulli, 63, filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday confirming he, too, wants to dissolve his marriage for the same reason Loughlin, 62, does — “irreconcilable differences.”
When the actress submitted her petition early last month, she requested that properties, assets and debts be split according to the former couple’s prenuptial agreement, which they signed one month before their November 1997 wedding and amended in August 2015.

She also asked for spousal support to be determined at a later date and that each party be responsible for their own attorneys’ fees and costs.
Interestingly, Giannulli did not mention a prenup in his filing and instead asked the court to “determine whether spousal support shall be payable to either party upon a request of either party” and “if one party should make a contribution to the other party’s fees.”
Notably, the fashion designer left the “date of separation” field blank, while his estranged wife listed Aug. 31, 2025.
Last October, Page Six confirmed the pair had separated, with a rep for Loughlin sharing at the time, “Lori and Mossimo are living apart now. There are no legal proceedings underway.”
Later that month, a source close to the “Full House” star exclusively told us she wanted “nothing to do with” her longtime partner, elaborating, “Mossimo used Lori for years. She was hoping maybe he would change when he got out of prison, but he got worse.”
Our insider added that Loughlin’s “tipping point” was allegedly discovering “incriminating” text messages and emails on her then-husband’s phone.
The pal went on to claim that the exes’ daughters — Isabella Rose Giannulli, 27, and Olivia Jade Giannulli, 26 — were “completely” in their mom’s corner.
Around the same time, a source told Us Weekly, “People around Lori and Mossimo have known they have been going through a really hard time in the last year. This isn’t a shock to people around them. It has been a rough time for Lori. She is devastated.”
The source claimed the Hallmark Channel personality initiated the split because she “thought a break could help” their marriage, but they were simply “not on the same page” anymore.
The duo made headlines in 2019 over their involvement in a nationwide college admissions scandal.
The following May, they pleaded guilty to paying a fixer $500,000 to get their daughters accepted into the University of Southern California as crew recruits — despite not being rowers.
Loughlin subsequently served two months in federal prison and was released in December 2020. Meanwhile, the Mossimo founder completed his five-month federal prison sentence the following April.
Their marriage was reportedly “never the same.”
“The school scandal was a turning point, and they never really connected or recovered their relationship after that,” a source told Us Weekly this past January, adding that Loughlin felt Mossimo “got her involved” in the situation.
“She didn’t fully blame him, but he spearheaded it,” the source claimed, noting that Loughlin “never fully forgave him and never fully got over it.”
The source also said Isabella and Olivia have had a “tough” time since their parents’ separation.
Since the breakup was revealed, Mossimo has been spotted with much-younger stylist Hannah Harrison on multiple occasions.
Though Loughlin was pictured embracing actor James Tupper one day before news broke, her rep told us at the time that the two have worked together in the past and are just good friends.
