Share the Times Pages You Couldn’t Throw Away

The New York Times turns 175 this September. As part of the celebration, we’re going to be reaching back into our archives. We’d like you to reach into yours.

What stories from The Times have you collected over the years? Are there informal archives you’ve created by saving articles on a specific topic — or around events you felt were momentous?

As we look through our history, we hope you’ll look through your own — at least the one you’ve curated via The Times — and consider sharing it with us.

This might include archives that have been passed down through generations: yellowed clippings sent by a parent, say, or recipes tucked in a treasured cookbook.

And this fall, your archive might wind up alongside ours.

We read every submission. A reporter may follow up to learn more. Nothing gets published without us following up with you, and hearing back.
