Erin Benavides — the woman once accused of having an emotional affair with Eva Longoria’s ex-husband Tony Parker — had a staggering amount of alcohol in her system when she died by suicide.
The former prosecutor’s autopsy and toxicology report was released on Wednesday, which showed Benavides’ blood alcohol concentration was 0.401% — more than five times the legal limit.
Isopropanol and acetone were also found in Benavides’ system.

As Page Six previously reported, the Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed Benavides, 54, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Her death was ruled a suicide.
According to the report released Wednesday, Benavides had a history of making suicidal comments, including text messages sent to family members.
Benavides was found dead inside her Port Aransas, Texas, home on Oct. 14. Police were called to the residence after her husband’s friend received a concerning text message from Benavides.

Responding officers forced their way into Benavides’ home, where they discovered her body. Three firearms and multiple bullets were documented at the scene.
The Port Aransas Police Department previously stated no foul play was suspected, but the investigation was ongoing.
TMZ was first to publish the autopsy and toxicology results.
