TikTok star and father of five Marcel Johnson died on Monday after a battle with stage four stomach cancer. He was 32.
Johnson’s wife, Taylor, shared the tragic news of his death on Instagram and said she “lost a whole entire half of me.”
“He fought so hard for so long,” Taylor wrote. “He was so tired & exhausted & in so much pain.”

Taylor said Johnson’s “only words” to her the day before he died were “I’m ready to go,” though he “still fought to hang on all day so we just got a bit more time.”
“I truly don’t even have words right now,” Taylor continued. “I feel like this can’t be real life. How can this be real f—ing life. I thought I was going to wake up and he was still going to be here beside me.”
At the end of her message, Taylor said she loves her late husband “with my whole entire being and life will absolutely never ever be the same.”
Taylor’s post included pictures of the couple with their five sons.

The GoFundMe pagethat was created to help Johnson and his family financially confirmed his death with a new message that read, “He beat the odds the doctor gave him but ultimately he was at peace and ready to not be in pain.”
The page, which has raised over $372,000, said proceeds are now going to “Taylor and their beautiful five boys during this rough time.”

Johnson documented his stomach cancer battle on social media ever since he was diagnosed in August 2025.
In September, Johnson revealed he stopped treatment after undergoing 25 rounds of chemotherapy because he was “too weak.”
The social media star also revealed that hospice was calling him everyday, noting that he had “no more options.”
On Oct. 14, Johnson posted a videoof him flying on a private plane to the City of Hope Medical Center in California with his wife.

Ten days later, Johnson told his followers that he got “some answers I needed.”
“Now we take that back home and see how long we can hang in there,” he added.
Johnson’s final social media post, shared on Oct. 25, showed him at “home,” smiling in a chair with one of his sons.
