Shameless NYC artist goes fully naked for 3-day sidewalk stunt — left New Yorkers irate: ‘I wouldn’t be flaunting that’

A shameless artist exposed himself during a three-day street performance in SoHo — and got an earful from New Yorkers disgusted by the deranged stunt.

Baltimore-based performance artist “Psuperhamb,” who goes by “Ham,” stripped down to his birthday suit and took to a small platform on Houston near Crosby Street from Sept. 5 to 8, with messages scrawled across his body including: “Use less to fight progress.”

The stunt was apparently intended to draw attention to OpenAI opening an office on Houston, but New Yorkers were having none of it.

“What the f–k is wrong with you ‘b’?” one man asked, according to a video of the revolting scene last Sunday. “You got your s–t out? You know there’s kids, bro.”

Others mocked his manhood.

“I wouldn’t be flaunting that,” one woman advised.

“I can’t even see it, it’s so small,” her friend replied.

Ham claimed he was hit by more than just stink eyes.

“Someone pushed me off of my platform multiple times and then when I got back on he punched me in the face and ran away,” said Ham, who claims he was involuntarily taken to a psychiatric ward on Sept. 8 and released after six hours of evaluation.

The NYPD has not confirmed whether Ham was ever assaulted or taken into custody.

“Public nudity in connection with expressive activity is not necessarily unlawful; whether particular conduct constitutes a violation of law depends on the specific facts and circumstances,” the NYPD said.

The Baltimore-based artist pulled a similar stunt last year — stripping to his underwear and socks and standing out in the freezing cold in New York to raise money for an engagement ring.

He is no longer engaged, he said.
