MS NOW host Katy Tur on Friday described the single headline that has left her stunned while covering President Donald Trump‘s second administration.
Tur had asked her audience for questions on social media. She heard from a viewer this question, which she read on air: “What is the most shocking headline I’ve seen since Donald Trump came back into power?”
Tur’s response pointed to a significant question surrounding Trump since his return to the White House.
“And my answer was all of the headlines regarding corruption,” Tur said. “And they just keep on coming. And the reason it is shocking to me is there used to be a pretty clear line in American politics — you cannot cross this. And Donald Trump, I mean, if there ever was a line, it’s disappeared. I don’t know where it is because he’s so far past it. On all of these attempts to make money, successful in some ways, make a lot of money off being the president of the United States.”
