‘Do not give in to terrorists!’ MAGA panics as Trump ICE czar issues ‘temporary’ pause

Following public outrage over a series of killings at the hands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, President Donald Trump’s czar in charge of immigration enforcement, Tom Homan, announced a brief pause in ICE traffic stop operations — but even this tiny gesture was too much of a concession for Trump’s die-hard supporters, who promptly screamed for blood.

“This is just a temporary pause while they look at the incidents,” Homan said on Fox News. “I hear a lot of noise right now — ‘this is going to affect ICE arrests,’ and it’s NOT going to… When that alien leaves his home before he gets into the car, you can arrest him then.”

MAGA accounts on X were enraged by this development, and not at all convinced by Homan’s assurances that mass deportations would continue — and some suggested that, if anything, ICE should be killing more people.

“The communists will simply interpret this ‘pause’ as weakness,” wrote far-right talk radio host Jesse Kelly. “They already have. You could end the pause 30 seconds from now, and the damage is already done. The communist has learned what makes the administration blink. A couple of dead street animals is all it takes.”

“The republicans will feel a temporary pause at the midterm elections if the voters don’t see a significant increase in deportations,” wrote the account “@Goldmember653”.

“This was his chance to say ‘we are now equipping our agents with armor-piercing ammunition to ensure their ongoing safety,’” wrote “OneTen Mafia.” “Fat tub of useless donkey squeeze.”

“DO NOT GIVE IN TO TERRORIST LEFTIST LUNATICS,” wrote @sarainitaly.
