Wild video shows pole dancer performing raunchy show at funeral: ‘The visitors were surprised’

It was a show to die for.

Bizarre video shows a pole dancer performing a racy routine at a funeral for the husband-and-wife owners of a red-light club.

The scantily-clad exotic performer was seen writhing on the pole to Queen’s “The Show Must Go On” at the ceremony in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in a video viewed more than five million times since being shared online Monday.

The blonde-haired dancer performed spins and inversions to the theatrical anthem above coffins and photos of the husband-and-wife club owners — shocking mourners who had no idea it would happen.

The nightclub boss had actually died in 1993, but his family had a joint ceremony when his wife recently died.

The funeral director, Lede Hoorn, said he always wants to make services “memorable” — but even he was surprised at the racy request by the late couple’s children.

“When I gently asked whether something of the parents’ life’s work might be reflected in the funeral, they hesitated,” the director told RTL Thursday of the wild event, which actually happened last year but only went viral when he shared footage this week.

“But a few days later, I got a call – they’d decided to hire a pole dancer.

“I always try to find a personal detail to make a funeral memorable,” he said — saying that he “‘cannot imagine that it will ever be surpassed.”

Hoorn said the service turned out “fantastically” and revealed mourners were caught completely off-guard.

“The visitors were surprised, but it didn’t surprise them,” he reflects. “Everyone in the auditorium knew the couple’s story.

“It suited the people we were saying goodbye to completely,” he said.

Social media users were wowed by the display – with some cracking Queen-themed jokes, while others called for their funerals to be extravagant.

“Show must go on,” one fan quipped, referring to the British band’s 1991 track. “If you can’t have [a] funeral like this for me, then don’t have one at all,” another said.

“My friends, if you are reading this, know that is my last wish,” a third said, reacting to the wild video.
