In addition to the star-studded guest list, concert-worthy performances by Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks, and an over-the-top design that transformed Madison Square Garden into an actual garden, the real standout of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding was the food served.
A noted foodie herself, the pop star is no stranger to dining at some of NYC’s best eateries, regularly bringing along her A-list friends.
So it’s no surprise that the wedding of the century was full of some of the Big Apple’s most viral eats, with the couple shipping grub in everywhere from the exclusive members’ club she regularly frequents to pizza from a Big Apple staple regarded as one of the best in the world.
Whether you’re planning your own wedding of the century or are feeling as peckish as an A-Lister, here are all of the hunger-inducing bites served up at the iconic nuptials.
Sartiano’s
Before the July 3 extravaganza kicked off, an intimate rehearsal dinner went down at MGS’s ancillary Infosys Theater. It was reportedly catered by The Mercer Hotel Italian restaurant Sartiano’s, according to the New York Times, as a van was spotted pulling up to the Midtown venue ahead of the festivities.
Run by the 51-year-old nightlife veteran Scott Sartiano (he also scored an invite to the wedding), Swift has been on multiple dates with Travis Kelce at the hotspot over the years, as has the likes of Paul McCartney and Martha Stewart.
The A-list couple clearly knows good food, as The Post heralded the restaurant’s 2023 opening by declaring “it was on its way to glory” at the time.
The rehearsal dinner menu reportedly included an array of fine La Dolce Vita-style eats, including crispy focaccia with smooth whipped ricotta and red sauce-doused meatballs and heaps of decadent stuffed paccheri and a spicy spaghetti arrabiata.
Guests also supposedly feasted on Satriano’s viral Caviar Cannolis, according to the outlet.
Zero Bond
Another one of Swift’s go-to places in NYC is Zero Bond, also owned by the aforementioned Sartiano, who opened the ultra-exclusive members club on its titular Bond Street in 2020.
The bougie joint reportedly brought in food for the wedding, according to TMZ.
Swift is a regular, most recently visiting in the wee hours of the morning alongside Alana and Este Haim to celebrate the Knicks’ historic Game 4 comeback win last month.
The club itself, which boasts the in-house restaurant The Member’s Grill, is known for a high-end menu of luscious dishes such as a mouthwatering wagyu striploin and sea scallopswith smoked bacon, cranberry beans, saffron and verjus.
Mama’s Too!
One of the Big Apple’s most celebrated pizza spots, Mama’s Too, reportedly delivered thousands of dollars’ worth of pies to Madison Square Garden for the A-list attendees to dine on.
“We signed an NDA and aren’t able to comment much on it,” owner and founder Frank Tuttolomondo admitted to The Post. “But what I can tell you is that we delivered a lot of pizza.”
According to a report from US Weekly, that order amounted to over 100 pies, with a final bill costing the couple around $3,000.
“As you know, there are a lot of dedicated and passionate people who love the bride and groom and there are a ton of establishments in NYC they had the option of ordering from,” marveled Tuttolomondo, who noted his pizza is no stranger to weddings.
“They could have gotten any kind of food they wanted. So to be desired on anyone’s special day, especially feels good,” he added.
While the initial Mama’s shop was opened by Tuttolomondo’s grandmother in 1959, he opened Mama’s Too! near Columbia University in 2017 and specialized in square pies with unique flavors like creamy cacio e pepe and savory pear and gorgonzola.
Accolades and fandom came fast and furious; last year, they were anointed the Best Pizza in the World in a global ranking by Time Out.
Tuttolomondo says he isn’t sure how Tayvis first caught wind of his shop’s delectable slices. “We don’t have a phone line, so we never know who’s coming in, ordering, or sending somebody in,” he explains.
“The only way I’ll find out is that I’ll run into a celebrity and they’ll tell me after the fact, and I’m always surprised.”
Northside Bakery
It’s a carb story.
With locations in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Glendale, Queens, a large rectangular box from Northside Barkery was also spotted getting hauled into MSG.
The bakery, founded in 1992, specializes in an array of bread, from sourdoughs and ciabattas to baguettes and rolls.
It also boasts a bevy of Polish pastries and eats, including pierogi and poppy-seed rolls.
Desserts at the wedding supposedly included Pop-Tarts, as well as a grand spread of 30 wedding cakes, according to People.
Schweid & Sons
What’s a summer celebration without a juicy burger?
When it came to offering up sizzling patties, the wedding served high-quality ground beef courtesy of the New Jersey-based company Schweid & Sons.
“The Wednesday before the ceremony, our CEO Brad Schweid sent out an email: ‘Look what I spy at Taylor Swift’s wedding!’” director of marketing, Sophia Vitale, told The Post, with Schweid seeing a shot of their boxes being loaded into the Garden ahead of the big day.
“It was true excitement, and really humbled us.”
Founded in 1978, the company uses a four-generation recipe and exclusively utilizes fresh beef for its patties. “We only make burgers when we have an order; they’re never sitting around,” Schweid explained.
Vitale isn’t sure how the brand found its way onto plates at the wedding that made headlines everywhere, but it was part of a bulk order.
“As far as I know, they did not order directly from us,” she said. “We’re just happy to be in the same article as Swift, one ‘like’ from her can change everything.”
“I’m sure they had options, so it’s nice to see they chose us. Even though we’re in New Jersey, our roots are in NYC. So to even be served inside Madison Square Garden is even more exciting.”
Danny & Coop’s Cheesesteaks
You belong with cheese.
In addition to burgers, massive and gooey Philadelphia Cheesesteaks were also doled out to hungry guests.
The wedding apparently ordered up a bevy of stomach-busters from Danny & Coops, the viral East Village shop co-founded by wedding guest Bradley Cooper, to be delivered around 10 pm the night of the wedding.
Established in 2024, Cooper opened the cheesy shop alongside the Philly pizza maven Danny DiGiampietro. It’s since been called one of the “best cheesesteaks in NYC.”
Amick Farms
Eagle-eyed observers also noticed a bevy of boxes courtesy of the Batesburg, South Carolina, chicken company Amick Farms.
Founded in 1941, the company is one of the largest meat processors in America. Supposedly, the over-thousand guests chomped down on piles of the eatery’s chicken wings and chicken thighs.
“We were unaware that our wings would be served at the Swift-Kelce wedding,” Amick spokesperson Brittni Miller told The Post.
“When the story broke, we were pleased to learn that our products were part of such a high-profile celebration.”
