“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s daughter, Milania, said that “sh-t happens in life” as she broke her silence on being arrested for assault.
“It is what it is, you gotta learn from it,” the 20-year-old said in a TikTok video that she shared on Monday. “Just become a better person and talk about it.”
The Bravo star admitted she “was not in a good area in my life” when the arrest occurred in May.

“That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me,” Milania continued. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”
At the start of her video, Milania denied rumors that a picture of her mugshot is going viral on social media.
“I have one thing to say, I’m going to save the rest for tomorrow. But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI,” she insisted.
“I ate down in my mugshot,” the University of Tampa student added. “I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”

Milania ended her video by reiterating that she “can’t believe” her fans think the mugshot photo is real.
“But that’s all I have to say for tonight,” she concluded.
Page Six confirmed Milania was arrested on May 14 for domestic violence, and charged with one count of simple assault, according to a press release from Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano.
The reality star set to appear in court on May 19, but apparently no plea was entered.
