The top cop who reportedly had thunderous sex with federal judge Eleanor Ross has been identified as a deputy chief in the Atlanta Police Department.
Kelley Collier was unmasked as the high-ranking official who had a steamy affair with the married Obama-era appointed jurist, according to Bloomberg Law, citing a person familiar with the situation.

The department said Thursday it was looking into the salacious situation.
Collier is listed as a community services division commander with the Atlanta PD, according to his bio on the agency’s website.
“The Atlanta Police Department has launched an investigation to determine if the person mentioned in the Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the United States, is indeed an employee of the Atlanta Police Department,” the agency posted on its website.
Ross, 58, and Collier had sex in “chambers and during business hours” that was loud enough court staff could hear moans, according to a judicial complaint that was later confirmed by the Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the US last week.
