“90 Day Fiancé” star Thais Ramone’s domestic battery charge has been dropped amid her shocking split from Patrick Mendes.
Court records show that Ramone, 29, was arrested in Nevada on a misdemeanor domestic battery chargeon May 22 — the same day news broke that Mendes, 36, filed for divorce from her after four years of marriage.
But TMZ reported Tuesday that the battery charge was dropped on May 24. The reality star broke her silence on the arrest in a statement to the outlet through her rep.
“Thais is choosing to move forward with grace and focus on her family during an incredibly emotional and personal time,” the statement read. “While there was a misdemeanor allegation made, the charge was ultimately dropped by the District Attorney, which speaks for itself.”

“Situations involving relationships and family dynamics are rarely black and white, and she has no interest in escalating negativity publicly,” the statement continued.
The rep added, “Anyone who truly knows Thais knows she is a devoted mother, deeply family-oriented, and someone who has always led with heart. Right now, her priority is protecting her peace, raising her daughter, and handling everything with maturity and respect.”
“She appreciates the opportunity to clarify the facts and hopes people allow space for healing rather than speculation.”
Ramone appears to be taking her split from Mendes in stride, judging from her social media. On Monday, she posted pictures of herself as well as her and Mendes’ 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi, on Instagram.

While she happily poses in the majority of pics, one snap does show her appearing to be teary-eyed.
“Lately
,” she wrote of her pics. “Thank you guys for so so so much love and support! Love you all!”
She also flaunted her fit physique in an Instagram Story Tuesday, wearing a matching bright red sports bra and leggings.
“Love working out,” she wrote.

In Mendes’ divorce filing obtained by TMZ, he’s seeking sole legal and physical custody of Aleesi, whom he claims has been living with him since May 6, at a different address than the estranged couple’s shared home.
He is not seeking spousal or child support,
Mendes and Ramone made their “90 Day Fiancé” debut on Season 9 in 2022, which documented Ramone moving to Nevada from Brazil to the US to be with Mendes. They also starred in Season 8 of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After,” which continued to show their ups and downs after getting married.
They’re also set to star in the upcoming season of “90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort,” which will follow their journey in couple’s therapy.
