A groper is on the loose after a spate of attacks on women after dark on a popular California jogging trail.
Multiple women claim they have been assaulted by a man who blinded them with his phone light while they ran around Silver Lake reservoir in Los Angeles.
They have even taken to putting up signs warning women about a 6ft, 250lb man they claim has been harassing them.
One notice reads: “Beware: An approx 6 ft 250 pound loser man with an Apple Watch in gym clothes is grabbing and groping women in the Silverlake Meadow!
“Please be careful at night and if you are a woman alone – he may have been filming and ran away! Loser!”

Sabrina Sullivan, one of the alleged victims, said she was groped on April 13 between 8pm and 9pm on a dark stretch of the trail.
She said: “I got grabbed last Monday and put up a bunch of signs. Just saw a TikTok going around that another woman has been assaulted, please don’t go alone!
“There were lots of people around when I went, he waited until the dark part of the walk before he grabbed me. Please share with your girlies and be careful!”
The TikTok she referenced was posted by another alleged victim. Despite the warnings and signs, she said the man appears to target women and follow them before cornering them in darker areas.

Rachel, who goes by @crayonhead on TikTok, said: “Because of [the signs], I had my hand on my pepper spray trigger the entire walk.
“But there’s a part uphill where there are no lights and it really spooked me out how dark it was. My pepper spray is a lanyard.
“I went to put it around my neck to be ready, and I think this f*** was following me. I felt a man grab me, he pushed me to the floor, started groping me.
“It was pitch black so I thought I was going to get raped. I was kicking and screaming, yelling ‘Help!’ and then he ran away.”

After the attack, she said a passing couple refused to help despite her explaining what happened. Moments later, another woman stopped, was “horrified,” and called her an Uber.
Rachel’s description of the suspect differs from Sullivan’s, making it unclear whether the same person is responsible.
She said it was too dark to see clearly but estimated the attacker may have been Asian and between 5ft 8in and 6ft.
The LAPD told the California Post it has not received any formal complaints. Rachel said in her video that she intends to file one.
The Post has also reached out to the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council for comment.
