On Sunday night, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Milwaukee Bucks will meet in a very intriguing NBA matchup between two of the top teams in each conference.
The Thunder enter Sunday with the second-best record in the NBA at 55-12, with a 9-1 record in their last 10 games. Led by MVP frontrunner Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City has been absolutely rolling this season and looks very much the part of a title favorite as we approach the NBA playoffs. Most recently, the Thunder defeated the Detroit Pistons 113-107 behind 48 points, four rebounds, and six assists from Gilgeous-Alexander. Young guard Cason Wallace also chipped in 20 points in the victory.

The Bucks, meanwhile, are 38-28 this season despite the brilliance of former league MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the contributions of nine-time All-Star Damian Lillard. Milwaukee is 6-4 in its last 10 games and is coming off back-to-back wins. Most recently, the Bucks defeated the Indiana Pacers 126-119, thanks to 34 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists from Antetokounmpo and 25 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists by Lillard.
It will be fun to watch Milwaukee’s elite duo of Antetokounmpo and Lillard face off against the Thunder’s top-notch defense. Oklahoma City ranks first this season in defensive rating, giving up 107.2 points per 100 possessions on the campaign, so the Bucks’ tandem will be challenged.
