“Vanderpump Rules” alum James Kennedy is off the hook after he was arrested for domestic violence last month.

The Bravo star’s attorney, Scott Leemon, told Page Six via a statement Wednesday that the Burbank City Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles won’t be filing charges after “conducting a thorough and professional” investigation.

“Their diligent investigation confirmed what we have maintained from the beginning — there were no grounds for any charges to be filed against Mr. Kennedy,” Leemon said.

The lawyer continued, “James is grateful to have this matter behind him and is looking forward to continuing to focus on his sobriety and his DJ career.”

The DJ was arrested on Dec. 10 after allegedly getting into a scuffle with his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, following Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party.

An eyewitness called the police after allegedly witnessing Kennedy, 32, grab Lewber, 29, and toss her to the ground.

When officers arrived, no bruises or injuries were visible on Lewber, but the Bravolebrity was taken to jail for misdemeanor domestic violence and released on $20,000 bail.

An insider told Us Weekly that Kennedy behaved erratically and had to be chased at Hilton’s party by an unnamed male friend.

A spy, meanwhile, told Page Six that he “sped across the [red] carpet like he was trying to avoid everyone.”

“The vibes were weird,” we were told at the time.

More than a week after his arrest, Kennedy spoke out via Instagram, saying he was “taking time to focus on [his] sobriety” and “personal growth.”

“I am committed to making meaningful changes in my life,” he said.

Lewber, meanwhile, moved out of her and Kennedy’s San Fernando Valley estate, and later thanked her fans for their love and support.

The duo, however, “still talk and check in with each other, but Ally is living her own life,” an insider told the US Sun earlier this week.

“She’s focusing on her own peace and healing and her astrology career, and James is not her priority right now,” the source added, explaining Kennedy “is desperately pleading with her to take him back.”

Lewber and Kennedy started dating in January 2022, after the latter broke off his engagement to Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
