President Donald Trump escalated his Election Day attacks on Fox News Tuesday, accusing the conservative network of turning against him and warning that its ratings were headed for further collapse.
“The FoxNews Poll, always the worst, is so insulting with the questions they ask,” Trump wrote Tuesday on his Truth Social platform.
“Every question is a hit job, and every answer is ‘B—–T!’” he continued. “This has been going on for years.”
The profanity-laced outburst came just over an hour after Trump lashed out at Fox News commentator Jessica Tarlov while watching the network’s election coverage.
“Watching the Pre-Election Results on FoxNews, but I can’t stand Jessica Tarlov’s voice — DUMB AS A ROCK, but it’s the voice that gets me,” Trump wrote earlier Tuesday.
But Trump wasn’t done just yet.
In yet another complaint against Fox News, the president accused the conservative news network of turning against him and blamed its declining ratings on its coverage of Democrats.
“FoxNews Ratings are way down (27%!) because they’re spending too much time covering the Trump Deranged Dumocrats!” Trump wrote.
“All of those people who used to watch Fox, and no longer do, get it. It’s them, not me — My numbers are better than they have ever been,” he added.
Trump also questioned Fox Corp.’s political contributions, accusing the company of donating to prominent Democrats, including Reps. Hakeem Jeffries, Jamie Raskin and Ted Lieu.
“No wonder FoxNews Ratings are collapsing, and they’re going to go down a lot further,” Trump declared.
“They’re way down, not because of me, but because they are AGAINST me! This happened once before, and Fox almost collapsed. It’s happening again!”
