Here’s what’s coming to Netflix this November.
“Air Force One” (November 1)

If you’re in the mood for a late-1990s action movie, there’s nothing better than Harrison Ford playing the president, who has to fight off a crazed terrorist (played Gary Oldman) after his plane is hijacked.
Under the skilled eye of director Wolfgang Petersen (“Das Boot,” “In the Line of Fire,” “The Perfect Storm”), this one has loads of thrills, with Ford delivering the memorable line, “Get off my plane!”
“Cliffhanger” (November 1)

If that got your blood racing, now watch Sylvester Stallone as a traumatized mountain-rescue ranger who must throw caution to the wind to save his friend and stop the leader of a botched heist from recovering stolen cash high in the Colorado Rockies.
“Weekend at Bernie’s” (November 1)

This late-1980s comedy classic stars Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman as two finance bros who, after discovering their CEO (Terry Kiser) was killed, act like he’s still alive so they don’t get blamed for his death.
“Whiplash” (November 1)

Writer-director Damien Chazelle expanded his 18-minute short film into this dark feature-length drama starring Miles Teller as a talented drummer at a music school who gets pushed to the limit by his abusive instructor, played by J.K. Simmons. The movie earned a best picture nomination at the Oscars, and Simmons’ performance would earn him an Oscar for best supporting actor.
“Obsession” (November 17)

One of the biggest hits of the summer is now available on Netflix. Curry Barker’s horror movie follows Bear (Michael Johnston), who makes a wish for his friend Nikki (Inde Navarrette) to fall in love with him. Sadly for him, the wish works.
“The Mosquito Bowl” (November 25)

Director Peter Berg collaborates again with “Friday Night Lights” author Buzz Bissinger to adapt his book, which tells the story of a group of college football stars who become Marines and play a football game before setting out for the Battle of Okinawa. Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Galitzine, Ray Nicholson, and Pat McAfee star.
“The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” (November 30)

This box office hit sequel to “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” follows Mario (Chris Pratt) and Luigi (Charlie Day) as they delve deeper into the world of the beloved game.
