Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs punished behind bars after VIP prison life exposed: report

The saga continues for Diddy.

Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was slapped with one of “the most serious” penalties at his low-security federal prison after his pampered life behind bars made headlines, NBC News reported.

Combs, 56, has been sanctioned by prison officials at the FCI Fort Dix lockup in New Jersey for “disruptive conduct,” the outlet reported, citing a union official familiar with the matter.

The “Act Bad” rapper was stripped of 41 days of what’s known as good conduct time, union secretary for AFGE Local 506 Jose Rojas told NBC.

“This is among the most serious penalties,” Rojas said.

The penalty, according to Rojas, is often given to inmates found with contraband cellphones — something Diddy reportedly snuck into his federal lockup and used to look at nude and sexually explicit photos sent by an old girlfriend.

Rojas noted that the punishment on illegal devices is enforced “because you can put a hit on somebody with a phone in prison.”

The disgraced hip-hop mogul’s release date has been brought up and pushed back several times since he was locked up — with his original release date slated for June 2028.

But after being deprived of good conduct time, Combs’ scheduled prison release date has been pushed back from January 2028 to March of that year, according to NBC.

Prison disciplinary officials imposed the sanction on the Grammy-winning artist after they determined Combs engaged in conduct “which disrupts or interferes with the security or orderly running of the institution,” Rojas told publication.

Inmates at federal prisons who comply with institutional regulations can accrue up to 54 days of good conduct time a year, per NBC.

The Bad Boys records founder — who is currently serving a 50-month sentence for prostitution-related offenses — was sent to solitary confinementat the Garden State clink after NBC revealed he was living a lavish life behind bars, TMZ reported last week.

Insiders told the outlet it is standard for inmates to be sent to a special housing unit during investigations.

However, a spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons was unable to comment on individual inmates’ confinement conditions for “privacy, safety and security reasons,” NBC reported.

A spokesman for Combs was not aware of any disciplinary action against the “Mo Money Mo Problems” rapper when contacted by NBC.

“It is interesting that the focus remains on Sean when the reporting itself raises broader questions about what goes on inside federal prisons and how information makes its way out,” the spokesman said.

“We have not been provided with any official findings or explanation of the disciplinary action you describe, so I am not going to speculate about its basis or consequences,” they added, noting that, “Sean remains focused on serving his sentence and returning to his family.”

Combs’ cushy prison lifestyle was revealed in an explosive NBC report last month where four inmates who lived in the same unit as convicted producer said he spends thousands of dollars a month to live high and large behind bars.

The disgraced music producer reportedly had access to a cellphone, booze and people catering to his every need — including inmates cooking him special meals and cleaning the toilet and shower area before he used them.

“This is not some normal s–t you see in jail. This is some rich s–t,” one of the men said.

“It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.”

The Post reached out to the Federal Bureau of Prisons for comment.
