Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s fiancé Ken Urker’s autopsy has been completed after he was found dead in his Louisiana home Thursday.
“As you all know an autopsy was conducted this morning on Mr. Urker. At this time, there is no definitive cause of death,” the Lafourche Parish Coroner’s Office confirmed to Page Six. “The case remains pending completion of toxicology testing.”
The office will provide no further updates until results are received and the investigation is complete, according to the statement.
