Dozens of Los Angeles County restaurants, coffee shops, and stores were temporarily shut down by the health department after failing inspections in October.
The majority of the closures were due to “vermin infestation,” which includes rats, mice, and insects. Others were cited for “sewage discharge.”
Many, but not all, of the establishments were allowed to reopen within a day or several days after remedying the situation. Below is a list provided by the L.A. County Department of Public Health.
