The sister of a man gunned down alongside his girlfriend by a jealous state trooper blasted a New Jersey police sergeant accused of getting pizza instead of responding to 911 calls about the shooting.

Angela Webb unleashed her fury in a Facebook post on Thursday, saying she hopes Franklin Township Sgt. Kevin Bollaro, who has been charged but hasn’t been convicted, “serves all 10 years and thinks about this every single day.”

Her brother, volunteer firefighter Tyler Webb, 29, and his girlfriend, veterinarian Lauren Semanchik, 33, were found shot to death at her Pittstown home on Aug. 2 — hours after multiple neighbors called police to report gunfire and screaming.

Authorities say the killer was Semanchik’s ex-boyfriend, New Jersey State Police Lt. Ricardo Santos, who later took his own life about 50 miles away.

But investigators now say Bollaro — the only officer on duty that night — never checked the house, never talked to witnesses and instead drove to an ATM and two local restaurants while the victims lay dead nearby.

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée Robeson’s office said GPS and surveillance data showed the veteran cop was already en route to the pizzeria during the period he claimed to be canvassing the area.

Bollaro, a 25-year veteran of the force, is charged with official misconduct and tampering with records. He faces up to 10 years behind bars and a $150,000 fine if convicted.

His attorney, Charles Sciarra, has insisted Bollaro’s actions “did not” affect the killings.

“Nothing Kevin Bollaro did or did not do that day impacted or could have stopped that tragedy in any way,” Sciarra said in an earlier statement, calling the prosecution “unfortunate.”

Angela Webb wasn’t buying it. In another emotional post, she remembered her brother as “a goofball, a little bit of chaos, and always a good time.”

“He always had a story to tell, and I now know from all of the stories shared with me, he was not exaggerating; he really was everywhere, doing everything, all of the time,” she wrote.

“He was my very first message before I woke up in the morning, my all day entertainment & venting buddy, and my nightly call or FaceTime. You simply couldn’t help but laugh & smile when you were with him.”

“He was my ‘baby brother’ — which sometimes led to eye rolls or sighs.. and now I would do anything for one more minute of calling him a pain in my butt.”

In the same message, Webb condemned both the gunman and the officer who allegedly ignored the 911 calls.

“I wish I could have had just a minute with the coward that did this to them, and to the coward who chose to let them sit out there for hours while he ate pizza & hung out at an inn while on duty,” she wrote.

Webb said the new details of Bollaro’s alleged negligence “added insult to injury” for both families.
