SCOTTSBORO, Ala. (WHNT) — The Scottsboro Police Department says five people, including two minors, were arrested after officers carried out a search warrant on Tuesday.
According to SPD, officers carried out a search warrant on Warn Street in Scottsboro. During the search warrant, five people were arrested, while drugs, paraphernalia, and money were also taken.
Donald Wayne Washington, 63, of Scottsboro, was charged with the following:
- Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth)
- Possession of Controlled Substance (Kratom)
- Possession of Marijuana 1st
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
- Certain Person Forbidden to Possess Firearm
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Holly Rachell Monroe, 60, of Scottsboro, was charged with the following:
- Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth)
- Possession of Controlled Substance (Kratom)
- Possession of Marijuana 2nd
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Olivia Jean Frost, 20, of Athens, was charged with the following:
- Possession of Marijuana 2nd
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Two minors were arrested during the search warrant and charged with second-degree Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
