EXCLUSIVE: Screenwriter and producer Alex Tse has signed with Theresa Kang’s Blue Marble Management for representation across film, television, and all media.

Tse co-created Wu Tang: An American Saga, which ran for three seasons on Hulu. Conceived and showrun alongside the rap artist and multi-hyphenate RZA, the two continue their creative partnership and produce projects through their Xen Diagram Media banner.

On the feature side, Tse wrote the Spike Lee film Sucker Free City, for which he won a PEN Award for Best Teleplay. He also wrote and received writing credits on the Zack Snyder-helmed Warner Bros. pic Watchmen and Sony’s Gran Turismo. He also developed drafts for The Crow, The Phantom Tollbooth and Highlander.

Tse joins Blue Marble Management’s roster that includes Oscar winners Alfonso Cuarón (Roma, Gravity), Chris Terrio (Argo), Simon Beaufoy (Slumdog Millionaire), and Emmy winners and nominees Lena Waithe (Master of None, The Chi), Prentice Penny (Uncorked, Insecure), and Golden Globe nominees Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl), among others.

Tse was managed and represented by the late Margaret Riley for 24 years until 2024 when she passed at the age of 58, and has since transitioned to collaborating with Blue Marble Management. He continues to be represented by CAA and Schreck, Rose, Dapello, Adams, Berlin & Dunham LLP.
