PHOENIX — A builder announced model homes in a Buckeye community called Teravalis have been completed ahead of its grand opening in mid-November, according to a Monday press release.
The houses built by Meritage Homes, which are located at Sun Valley Parkway 10 miles north of Interstate 10, will celebrate its official opening on Nov. 15.
The grand opening will last from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and guests will have the opportunity to tour homes and the community, hear live music, eat complimentary food from Cloth & Flame and partake in activities provided by the Arizona Science Center.
There are two sets of homes that come in three- and four-bedroom sizes and range from 1,369 to 2,342 square feet to fill 20 lots. Home prices start in the $300,000s.
Each home is equipped with washer, dryer, refrigerator and blinds.
“Meritage is a welcome early addition to the homebuilders already open in Teravalis, as their long-standing commitment to quality, customer service and energy-efficient construction is a perfect fit for this community and our prospective homebuyers,” Charley Freericks, president of the Arizona Region for Howard Hughes Communities, said in the release.
According to its policy, Meritage Homes said each home has a guaranteed closing date in 60 days or less.
