Up-and-coming clothing label, Louther, has teamed up with Carhartt WIP for a Fall/Winter 2025 capsule collection.
Spearheaded by Louther’s founder and designer, Pia Schiele, this collaboration focuses on deconstructing and reconfiguring archetypal Carhartt WIP. The release reflects Louther’s ongoing dialogue between contrasts – high and low, structure and softness – an approach evoked throughout the brand’s seasonal narratives and embodied in the capsule’s blend of disciplined construction and vulnerable, lived-in texture.
The collection spans six distinct pieces, each of which has been meticulously reassembled by hand in Louther’s studio to introduce new silhouettes and textures. This process marries meticulous tailoring with raw, tactile surfaces, creating a unique aesthetic that balances disciplined construction with vulnerable, lived-in texture.
The collection first debuted during London Fashion Week as part of Louther’s runway presentation and was shown alongside a series of sculptural one-off pieces made from repurposed Carhartt WIP stock. Those one-offs underscore the collaboration’s emphasis on material memory and reuse, translating utility-driven wardrobe staples into experimental forms that feel both archival and immediate.
The Louther x Carhartt WIP capsule collection will launch globally on October 1 via the label’s webstore as well as select Dover Street Market locations.
