A suspect in the vile, racist death threats against New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani has been busted in Texas and hauled back to the Big Apple for a Thursday court hearing on hate and terroristic-threat charges, according to authorities and sources.

Jeremy Fistel, 44, will be arraigned in Queens court on Thursday after being taken into custody in Plano last week over the vile messages threatening to blow up Mamdani’s car, sources told The Post.

Fistel was arrested by the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force with the assistance of the US Marshals Service’s regional fugitive task force, who helped bring him back to the Big Apple.

He is charged with making terroristic threats, two counts of aggressive harassment as a hate crime, and harassment based on race or religion, sources told The Post.

He allegedly left Mamdani, a Muslim US citizen who was born in Uganda, multiple racist, threatening voicemails at his state assembly office from an untraceable number in June — two of which were obtained by The Post.

“You’re a terrorist piece of s–t, and you’re not welcome in New York or in America, neither is your f–king family so they should get the f–k out,” one message threatened on June 17.

The NYPD said a Christopher Sadowski

“Go start your car and see what happens. I’d keep an eye on your house and family. Watch your f–king back every f–king second until you get the f–k out of America. Nobody wants your terrorist ways here. And check your beeper, too, you terrorist f–k,” he caller said, apparently referring to Israel’s pager attacks against Hezbollah. “Beep beep.”

In a June 11 message, the same person told Mamdani to go back to Uganda before someone shoots him in the head and “gets rid” of his family.

“You are not compatible with our Western values,” the racist caller said. “So stop spewing your antisemitic rhetoric and get the fuck out of America.”

A staffer at Mamdani’s Queens office reported the voicemail to police. Mamdani’s campaign had received at least four other voicemails going back to March that make anti-Muslim threats, cops said at the time.

A campaign spokesperson noted that while Mamdani does not have a car, “we are taking every precaution.”
