Team USA has distanced itself from its first openly transgender Olympian over vile posts celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk — as she was also alleged to be a cyclist filmed telling a female protester to “go suck a sawn-off shotgun.”
Chelsea Wolfe, a BMX rider who previously said she only wanted to win an Olympic medal to “burn the American flag,” took to social media to share multiple posts celebrating Kirk’s murder, which came seconds after he was asked about transgender mass shooters.
“We did it!” Wolfe wrote in an Instagram story sharing a report on the assassination last Wednesday.
“Being a Nazi is completely optional btw,” the trans athlete said of the conservative influencer famed for inviting those with opposing views to debate him.
“He didn’t have to do all that, but he did and now he’s dead,” read the text in Wolfe’s story, over a selfie of her giving a thumbs up and smiling at the camera.
“Don’t live your life in a way that the world is better following your death.”
In another story, she wrote of the married father of two: “We hate Nazis because they want us dead.”
Wolfe also reshared a number of other posts reveling in Kirk’s death — including one calling him a “fascist.”
“If you feel compelled to send his family condolences, fine, that’s your personal choice,” said one of the posts she shared. “But don’t turn around and scold others for refusing to shed tears over a man who dedicated his life to dehumanizing and endangering them.”
USA Cycling quickly distanced itself from Wolfe, whose BMX freestyle career effectively ended in 2023 when the international cycling body banned transgender athletes from women’s competitions.
“The views of current and former national team athletes are their own and do not reflect those of USA Cycling. Chelsea Wolfe has not been a member of the USA Cycling National Team or a member of USA Cycling since 2023,” a spokesperson for USA Cycling told Fox News.
That same weekend, Wolfe was alleged to be a transgender cyclist making obscene threats to a female protester who asked if there were men in a women’s race in California.
“Go suck a sawn-off shotgun,” the rider identified online as Wolfe was heard saying repeatedly in a video seen more than 2.5 million times since being shared on X Monday by WomenAreReal.

“We don’t f–k with fascists. That’s how we feel about Nazis around these parts. This is America. We kill Nazis.”
The rider then smiled and waved off the protester’s claim that she was asked to be there by other women riders in the race.
“Even if you were, we don’t give a f–k,” the transgender rider said, calling the women “sore losers.”
“They can’t do s–t, can they?” she laughed — before finally riding off and again repeatedly saying, “go suck a shotgun.”
Wolfe, who had already undergone a gender transition before competing in BMX as an amateur in 2014, previously sparked outrage with a March 2020 Facebook post about the American flag.
“My goal is to win the Olympics so I can burn a US flag on the podium. This is what they focus on during a pandemic. Hurting trans children,” Wolfe wrote at the time.
Wolfe does not appear to have addressed the video, and attempts to reach her for comment Tuesday were unsuccessful.
