DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A Georgia woman has been charged in the death of a DeKalb County woman after supplying her with drugs, court documents say.
Vanessa Taylor Whitmoyer was charged with manslaughter on Tuesday for her role in the death of Kimberly Ann Little, court documents say.
The documents say that Whitmoyer provided Little with fentanyl. The records also say that Little died on September 9 as a direct result of her use of the drug.
Court records also show that in addition to the manslaughter charge, Whitmoyer was also charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and more.
There is no word on when Whitmoyer will appear in court.
On Tuesday, September 9th, DeKalb County Deputies, Ider Police Department, and DeKalb Ambulance Service responded to a medical call in the 100 block of AL HWY 75 in Higdon. Upon arrival, first responders found Little dead inside the house.
