According to BasketNews, Reddish’s contract would include an exit clause for the 2025-26 season, allowing him to sign with an NBA team or any other EuroLeague or top-level team if he chooses to.
If Reddish ends up overseas, he would likely be given the opportunity to showcase his skills and possibly be given another chance in the NBA. In the meantime, Reddish is conducting negotiations with the team’s general manager, Ginas Rutkauskas.

Cam Reddish Has Struggled Mightily in the NBA
Reddish, the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, has not panned out like many thought he would. The former Duke product was a standout in both high school and college.
He attended Duke alongside Zion Williamson and RJ Barrett. The three were among the best trios in the college game, and all ended up being lottery picks after one season in Durham.
All three have had their ups and downs in the NBA, but it is Reddish who has had the most trouble fitting in thus far. Reddish has played six seasons in the league with the Atlanta Hawks, New York Knicks, Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers.
In his NBA career, he’s averaged 8.5 points per game, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 23 minutes of action. Reddish is a career 39.8 percent shooter from the field and 32.2 percent shooter from beyond the arc.
The 26-year-old was in the league last season with the Lakers. He was entering his second season in Tinseltown last season, and it was rather lackluster.
Reddish was traded alongside Dalton Knecht to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Mark Williams. However, the deal fell through due to a failed physical by Williams. In late March, the Lakers waived Reddish, and he remained unsigned and without a team for the remainder of the season.
In two seasons as a Laker, Reddish averaged 4.5 points per game, 2.0 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 1.0 steals while shooting 39.3 percent from the field and 31.8 percent from three in 81 games and 19.4 minutes of action.
