The next wave of DLC for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is set to be released later today, and fans are very excited for its arrival.
The DLC will see players – both returning and new – returning to Kuttenberg and taking up smithing, rebuilding and managing a forge. While it’s not expected to bring a wide variety of content, it should at least help round the game out with new activities, weapons, and customization.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Legacy of the Forge Release Time
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Legacy of the Forge will be released at 10am EDT today, on September 9, 2025.
That’s according to Steam, at least — the official release time has not been officially revealed by developer Warhorse Studios or publisher Deep Silver. Steam’s release timing is usually fairly accurate, but this may indicate when the DLC will be purchasable, and the update to the game that enables the DLC in-game may come before or after the DLC is purchasable.
It’s expected that the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game will be updated with the DLC at the same time.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Legacy of the Forge Price
The Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Legacy of the Forge DLC will cost $13.99 standalone, as reported by IGN.
The DLC is also available as part of the Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Expansion Pass, which costs $29.99 on all platforms. Purchasers of the Gold Edition of the game – which costs $89.99 digitally – also have access to the full Expansion Pass, so will get access to Legacy of the Forge at no extra cost, too.
