Summary
- Anne Imhof is releasing her first collaboration with Nike for a Total 90 jersey capsule inspired by her recent performance, DOOM: House of Hope
- The two-piece collaboration drops September 13
After a sold-out takeover at New York’s Park Avenue Armory earlier this year, Anne Imhof returns to the world of DOOM: House of Hope — this time for her first-ever collaboration. The German artist is teaming up with Nike to reimagine the cult-favorite T90 jersey through the performance’s post-grunge edge.
Much like the Romeo & Juliet-inspired production, the collection embodies the duality, desire and love between two rival houses, recalling the palettes of the original show costumes designed by artist and longtime Imhof collaborator, Eliza Douglas.
Punk-pop starlet LIA LIA sports the “House of Tigers” in a black-and-blue kit, while Berlin rapper ATK44 fronts the “House of Wolves” in a red-cast, wolf head long sleeve. Both pieces are stamped with the DOOM crest on the chest, and keeps it classic with “IMHOF 25” emblazoned on the back.
The Anne Imhof T90 jersey is set to drop on September 13, and to celebrate, the brand is hosting a live “Battle of the Bands” at Kühlhaus Berlin with LIA LIA and ATK44 resurrecting their roles as house leaders. Check out the event’s website for more information.
