Summary

  • Oakley’s new Stunt Collection features HyperGrip™ Technology, developed with 15 pro athletes, to ensure top-tier retention and comfort during movement.
  • Modeled by Justin Jefferson and Diana Flores, the collection includes three models and a Prizm™ Lens Technology with a sweat-resistant coating.

Oakley‘s eyewear continues to evolve its technical innovations, this time ensuring top-tier retention and comfort with its all-new Stunt Collection. Modeled by athletes Justin Jefferson and Diana Flores, the Stunt Collection marks the brand’s first time employing HyperGrip™ Technology — a new feature that keeps each pair in place, no matter the type of movement.

To develop the most robust performance capabilities, the label collaborated with 15 pro athletes, including Jefferson and Flores, to refine the designs over multiple years. The collection is led by the Stunt Wing, which features a flexible Unobtanium temple band (Oakley HyperGrip ULTRA) positioning the frame away from the head for a lightweight feel. The full-coverage frame is completed with Oakley’s Prizm™ Lens Technology adds a major dose of color to the design and is finished with a sweat-resistant coating. Jefferson, the Minnesota Vikings Wide Receiver, said, “Stunt Wing has transformed the way I train. No matter how intense the play, the frame locks in place, so I can stay fully focused,” in a statement from Oakley.

On the Stunt Devil, Mexico Women’s National Flag Football team member Diana Flores echoed Jefferson’s review, “The secure fit and incredible comfort make Stunt Devil essential for my training and a must-have on the field this season.” The Stunt Devil’s sleek design is centered on a frog foot-inspired split temple tip and high-friction Unobtanium connective webbing, offering a more reliable grip than traditional earsocks. For optimal fit, the Stunt Devil is offered in two sizes and comes with a built-in retainer attachment. Finally, the Stunt Glider is an RX-compatible model reimagined in a performance frame.

With the Stunt Collection, Oakley highlights how its equipment can serve football-focussed athletes, boasting the motto, “Move The Game Forward.” Recently brand has struck up partnerships with the NFL and NFL FLAG with the hope of empowering football fans, professional athletes, and novice players.

The Stunt Collection is available at the official Oakley webstore and will be followed by an in-store release soon.
