Mayoral hopeful Andrew Cuomo wants to hit all the right notes this November — so he sat down with his daughter Mariah to choose a campaign song.

The ensuing debate over three New York-themed songs was captured in a playful Instagram video.

Cuomo, 67, captioned the Aug. 24 clip: “Choosing a campaign song isn’t easy. And my daughter Mariah and I don’t always see eye to eye. Thankfully democracy is about compromise.”

Mariah, 30, starts by playing Alicia Keys’ “Empire State of Mind,” saying “You can’t go wrong” with the Grammy-winning song, which the Hell’s Kitchen native penned with Brooklynite Jay-Z.

“I love it. But a lot of people have used that one,” Cuomo replies in the video, which garnered over 84,000 views.

Mariah, whose mom is Cuomo’s ex-wife Kerry Kennedy, then presents option No. 2: the Billy Joel classic “New York State of Mind.”

“End of conversation,” Cuomo declared.

“I mean, you know that we both agree Billy Joel is the best. He sang the song that we did our dance to at my wedding,” added Mariah, who married businessman Tellef Lundevall at the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port last July.

“He is the man,” Cuomo gushed.

Cuomo went on to praise Joel, a Bronx native who grew up on Long Island, calling him a “quintessential New Yorker,” and mentioning his 10-year residency at Madison Square Garden, which ended last year.

“However, I don’t think it captures the energy and excitement of this campaign,” Mariah, CEO of the social media advisory firm Socrates Social, concluded.

“So maybe we should think about another option.”

“I’m open, flexible,” Cuomo says with a smile.

Mariah then says “Taylor Swift,” and plays “Welcome To New York,” the song inspired by the Pennsylvania native’s move to Tribeca in 2014.

“Very nice,” Cuomo replies. “But I’m not that open. Back to Billy Joel.”
