Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, has been released from a Utah jail following her arrest for allegedly sharing his phone number on social media.
According to documents obtained by People, the reality TV star was released from the Summit County Jail on Thursday just before 4 p.m. local time.
She was booked two days ago on suspicion of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communication harassment, a public information officer for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office told the outlet.
The mother of three — who is currently embroiled in a contentious divorce with the “Party of Five” alum — was charged with two class B misdemeanors and held on a $5,000 bond.
Per the outlet, conditions of the “Real World” alum’s release include refraining from contacting potential witnesses in the case. Documents also state that Kelley has been ordered to “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.”
She must also refrain from consuming “any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.”
Additionally, the actor, 57, filed for a new restraining order against his estranged wife, 48, on Thursday.
According to docs obtained by the outlet, an incident report states that Scott — identified as the “complainant and victim” — “reported receiving multiple text messages from his wife, Kelley Wolf, with whom he is going through a divorce.”
A responding officer at the Wolf residence alleged after the actor received “a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people,” he viewed Kelley’s Instagram account and realized she’d disclosed his personal phone number on her account — which has nearly 95,000 followers.
The responding officer estimated in the report that Scott received about “24 calls and multiple texts in the first ten minutes from the time of the first call.”
Scott stated that the phone number is for “his personal phone, which he uses to communicate with his kids, and that this is causing a major disruption for him.”
Officers subsequently visited Kelley’s current residence, though the author would only speak to law enforcement “through an open front porch window.”
According to the report, when confronted with accusations of disseminating Scott’s phone number, Kelley made “counter-accusations.”
Law enforcement wrote in the report that they explained that they had “probable cause” for her arrest and advised her to “come outside” so they could take her into custody.
The reality TV personality then allegedly took “over an hour” to change out of a bathrobe and into clothing before being arrested, transported to Summit County Jail and booked.
Kelley told her side of the story via her Instagram Stories as it unfolded.
“The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will,” she wrote in black text over a white background. “I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing. I am so scared. So confused.”
Additionally, she wrote that she has “no mental disorders. No drugs. No arrest. No speeding tickets ever!!” and added along the side of the post, “Please fight for me!!!”
Reps for Scott and Kelley did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on Kelley’s release from jail.
Scott and the MTV personality, who married in 2004, share kids Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Scott has temporary sole custody of the children.
On Friday, Kelley — who live-streamed herself being detained by police and “taken against [her] will” to a Utah hospital in June before being placed on a second involuntary hold in July — alleged she had not seen her children since June.
Scott initially filed for divorce from his wife of 21 years on June 10.
