The Packers chose simplicity with their first message to the world. They took to social media to post in big letters, “MICAH, Welcome to Green Bay.”
Though it may have been believed that the team would need to make some sort of grand message, the Packers chose to keep things simple. To be fair, the organization will hold a press conference introducing their new superstar player, where far more words can be stated from both parties.

The Packers were highly viewed as a playoff contender heading into the 2025 season, and this Parsons trade may have just pushed them right into being the favorite to land the NFC crown.
Parsons has been a monster edge rusher, with 52 total career sacks, and 39.5 sacks in the last three seasons. He is the kind of dynamic player who changes the game, and opposing offenses will now have to worry about holding him back from getting to their quarterbacks.
It is beyond unbelievable that Parsons is now with Green Bay, and his contract ties him to the franchise for many years. Should he keep excelling, expect his $47 million annual deal to reach even higher than next time around.
