The alleged serial carjacker whose wild Queens crime spree led to the friendly-fire shooting of an NYPD officer was thrown behind bars without bail Sunday — as shocking new details of his short-lived rampage emerged.

Kevin Dubuisson, 28, is now accused of leaving an 87-year-old woman with brain injuries during his Friday morning fracas in which he attempted to violently steal two cars, threatened to “kill” another victim and left the police officer with gunshot wounds and a broken leg, according to new court documents.

The elderly woman was being helped from her car by her daughter — and both were knocked to the ground when Dubuisson allegedly backed into them “at high speed” with an SUV he’d just stolen.

She suffered a fractured wrist, a cut on her head, blood loss and a brain bleed, according to a criminal complaint.

Her daughter was also banged up.

Dubuisson — who was out on parole for a 2023 attempted robbery and has at least 10 arrests to his name — was dismissive of the elderly woman’s injuries when questioned after his arrest, court documents show.

“I jumped in the whip. I saw the lady on the ground with her head busted up,” Dubuisson told investigators after apparently admitting to several of his charges.

Dubuisson was slapped with 14 charges, including assault, robbery, grand larceny, menacing and assaulting a police officer, and remanded at his arraignment Sunday afternoon.

The criminal complaint details Dubuisson’s path of destruction beginning at 8:40 a.m. Friday, when he allegedly first tried to slip into a running white Hyundai Santa Fe at a Mobil gas station on Parsons Boulevard.

A gas station attendant intervened but the suspect allegedly told him, “I’m not leaving the car,” the court papers said.

The two began fighting — with the attendant managing to wrestle the keys from Dubuission’s grip.

The career criminal backed off, cursing at the attendant and allegedly lifted his shirt while grabbing at his waistband in an apparent attempt to indicate he had a gun, the complaint said.

He then allegedly accosted a woman walking across the street, telling her, “I’m going to f–king kill you, you white bitch” while again grabbing at a supposed handgun.

Ten minutes later, Dubuisson was already on the hunt for another car to swipe, according to prosecutors, and that’s when he happened upon an Uber driver in his Toyota Highlander at 22nd Road and the Whitestone Expressway service road about two blocks away from the Mobil.

Dubuisson knocked on the window of a 52-year-old’s SUV, telling him, “Give me the car,” while hoisting a crowbar, court papers said. The driver fled with the keyfob in his pocket — but Dubuisson chased him, shoving him to the ground and snatching the keys, the complaint said.

Once behind the wheel of the Highlander, he allegedly backed up it into the elderly woman and then fled the scene, court documents showed.

Cops responding to the Uber driver’s 911 call flooded the scene and encircled Dubuisson in the Highlander with their guns drawn — and that’s when Det. Corey Fisher was blasted twice by friendly fire, leaving him with a broken leg, the complaint said.

Fisher, a 12-year veteran with the Queens North Warrants Squad, was rushed to the hospital for surgery.

Following his arrest, Dubuisson allegedly weaved a tangled web of lies to investigators, the documents said.

“I went over to the guy and said ‘Give me the f–king car,’ and I acted like I had a gun. I came behind and I said ‘Give me everything. Get the f–k out of the car.’ I was intentionally signaling that I had a gun. I just scared him,” he said.

“The second Chinese guy disrespected me. I asked him for money and he ignored me. I threatened him. I said ‘Yo, I’m beat you up,’ this was before I macked the V. I’m taking the car. The guy was afraid.”

Dubuisson’s alleged rampage starter around 8:30 a.m. Friday and left numerous people assaulted and injured. obtained by the NYPost.

Dubuisson didn’t end up having a real gun in the end.

“This defendant brought chaos to a quiet Queens neighborhood on Friday morning when he attempted to carjack multiple people and assaulted a livery driver – events that directly led to a responding New York City Police Detective being shot in a friendly fire incident,” said Queens County District Attorney Melinda Katz.

“Make no mistake, this defendant’s alleged actions set into motion the events that led to Detective Corey Fisher’s hospitalization,” she added.

Law enforcement sources say the crime spree even started a day earlier, with Dubuisson suspected of stealing two more cars — allegedly crashing one into a construction site — and being arrested and released with a desk appearance ticket for jumping a subway turnstile.

Dubuisson faces up to 32 years in prison if convicted.
