Summary

  • OnlyFans’ gross revenue reached $7.22 billion USD in 2024, a 9% increase
  • Net revenue and profits also grew, while creator and user numbers surged
  • The company’s growth is at a slower pace than in previous years

OnlyFans has announced another year of significant growth, with its latest annual report revealing strong financial results for fiscal year 2024. The company reported a gross revenue of $7.22 billion USD, a notable 9% increase, representing the total amount of fan payments made to creators on the platform.

The annual report also shows that the company’s net revenue—the portion of earnings kept by OnlyFans after paying creators—reached $1.41 billion USD, an 8% rise from the previous year. Pre-tax profit also saw a steady increase of 4%, climbing to $684 million USD for the fiscal year ending on November 30, 2024. These figures demonstrate the platform’s sustained profitability and its continued dominance in the creator economy.

However, the report indicates that the company’s growth is occurring at a slower rate than in previous years. The platform’s gross revenue rose by a remarkable 118% in 2021, driven by a surge in users during the global pandemic, followed by annual increases of 16% and 19% in 2022 and 2023, respectively. While the pace of growth has moderated, the consistent rise in all key financial metrics proves that OnlyFans remains a highly successful and influential business. The number of users on OnlyFans outpaced the company’s financials with the total number of creator accounts increasing to 4.634 million, a 13% uptick. In addition, the number of fan accounts grew to 377.5 million users, a 24% increase. The results, released on Friday, confirm the company’s powerful position in the market as it continues to attract new creators and users worldwide.

OnlyFans CEO Keily Blair said in a statement, “In 2024 OnlyFans continued to grow its revenue and global user base. We expanded in new verticals, demonstrating the strength and potential of the platform across a wide range of genres. “With a number of significant brand and individual partnerships, particularly in sport, OnlyFans continued to enhance its reputation as a foundational element of the wider creator economy.”
