Innovative Artists Entertainment has signed former Night Court star Lacretta for representation in film and television.

Lacretta most recently played Donna ‘Gurgs’ Gurganous, the lovable court bailiff on the NBC revival series which wrapped its third and final season in May.

She was previously a series regular on Don Todd’s ABC drama pilot Salvage, and appeared opposite Chris Messina in an untitled FX comedy pilot from Atlanta and What We Do in the Shadows executive producer Paul Simms. Additional credits include guest-starring roles on Law & Order, 30 Rock, Broad City and Gotham.

On the film side, Lacretta appeared alongside Jennifer Lopez in indie comedy Second Act directed by Peter Segal.

On stage, Lacretta made her Broadway debut with the role of Levora Verona in Disaster! and was in the first national tour of The Book of Mormon. Off-Broadway, her stage credits include Avenue Q.

Her signing follows Innovative’s announcement in March that private equity firm Coral Tree Partners had assumed a minority stake in the agency. At that time, the company rebranded all departments under the singular brand name Innovative Artists Entertainment.
