Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, is now showing proof of her alleged financial struggles.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Kelley shared screenshots of her allegedly negative bank account, which is overdrawn by more than $2,700.
The screenshot also showed that the mom of three, 48, allegedly has only $12 on a business card.
The revelation about Kelley’s finances came two days after the Utah judge presiding over their divorce granted a motion for her attorney, Farrah Spencer, to withdraw representation, Page Six confirmed.
Spencer and her law firm are “permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for [Kelley] effective immediately, and are relieved of any and all future duties and responsibilities for [Kelley] in this case,” Judge Richard Mrazik ruled, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly.
The judge added that “all further pleadings, motions, notices and other documents shall be served directly on [Kelley]” via email.
Page Six has reached out to Spencer for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Spencer’s withdrawal came days after Scott, 57, broke his silence regarding his contentious divorce from the mother of his three kids.
In a statement to People, the “Party of Five” alum said his “continued hope is to have this most difficult chapter of our family’s lives remain as private as possible, however, the well being of my children is at stake, and that will always be my priority.”
“There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved,” he continued.
“I was informed of some deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations that were made about me by my estranged wife.”
People reported that they saw alleged text messages from Kelley, in which she told Scott that she planned to “make claims” against him, “such as psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment, stealing with passports.”
Scott — who shares sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, as well as daughter Lucy, 11, with Kelley — told the outlet that he is now coming forward with this information “in order to protect my kids.”
In June, Kelley announced she and Scott were divorcing after 21 years of marriage.
Three days later, the certified life and personal development coach was detained and taken to the hospital on an “involuntary hold” after accusing the “Doc” star of “abusing” her.
Last month, Kelley claimed she was placed on a second involuntary hold and had suffered from police brutality during the detainment.
After the exes reached a new temporary agreement detailing custody, finances and communication, Scott dropped the restraining order against Kelley.
Kelley recently claimed that she is no longer welcome in her Utah hometown amid her split from Scott.
