There’s definitely a Friends episode about this. There are probably several, actually.
Real-life BFFs and former costars Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox were spotted on a double date at hot spot Nobu in Malibu, California, with their respective boyfriends, Jim Curtis and Johnny McDaid. The foursome were seen enjoying dinner on Monday, August 18, per Page Six. Cox and McDaid, a musician, have been together since 2013, while Curtis is Aniston’s beau seemingly since this past spring; they’ve been out and about with some of her other celebrity friends a few times over the summer, but we don’t know too many details. Well, at least we can finally stop speculating that sh}s dating Barack Obama.
The Morning Show star hasn’t addressed her budding romance, but we have gotten a few crumbs of statements on the pair; sources have told People that they are “casually dating and having fun,” revealing, “They’ve been seeing each other for a few months now. They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work. She’s really into self-help and wellness. They are dating, but it’s still casual.… She’s been happy on her own, but she’s also open to sharing her life with someone. As long as it feels right. Jen’s in a very good place right now—grounded, fulfilled, and very happy.”
While spending the day together, Aniston and Cox decided to take a very cute selfie (and also promote their products) that of course sent fans into a frenzy. (It’s me; I’m fans.)
