Following their well-received collaboration on the Air Max 95 in 2019, Tokyo-based streetwear brand Cav Empt has officially reunited with Nike for a new project: a three-pack of the Nike Air Max DN8. The collection, which brings Cav Empt’s signature digital aesthetic to a futuristic silhouette, is set to release this Fall 2025.
The new Air Max DN8, Nike’s latest entry in the Dynamic Air family, serves as the canvas for Cav Empt’s distinctive style. The shoe features a full-length Dynamic Air unit with two sets of dual-pressure tubes, providing responsive cushioning and a unique feel. Cav Empt has wrapped the sneaker’s upper in a pixel-inspired, digital camo pattern that perfectly aligns with the brand’s dystopian and “hacker” vibe.
The collaboration currently surfaced sees two official colorways: a vibrant “Silver Lilac” and a sleek “White/Cyber-Neptune Green.” The “Silver Lilac” colorway is a tonal masterpiece, while the “White/Cyber-Neptune Green” offers a more striking contrast with its teal and white palette. Co-branded details, including a custom tongue badge, complete the look. Each pair will retail for $200 and will be available through Cav Empt’s official channels and potentially on Nike’s SNKRS app and select retailers.
