As part of an upcoming project about the future of New York, we’ve been spending time thinking about how the city will look decades from now as it confronts changes that are both global, like climate change, and specific to New York, like transit deserts. But what about solutions? That’s where you come in.
We’re asking New Yorkers to tell us their dreams for the city’s future. How would you like to see it transform and evolve?
Feel free to get specific and creative: gondolas navigating canals instead of taxis, say, or a park floating above Times Square. And don’t worry too much about logistics — we’re looking for blue sky ideas. The limit here isn’t the municipal budget, but your imagination.
