Summary

  • Kith and Tokyo’s NANZUKA Gallery collaborated on an art-focused collection
  • The collection features works by Japanese artists Sorayama and Tanaami on tees and more
  • Kith is also celebrating its Tokyo store’s fifth anniversary with an exclusive online collection

Kith, the global streetwear giant, has announced a new and exciting partnership with Tokyo-based contemporary art gallery NANZUKA. The collaboration brings the works of renowned Japanese artists Hajime Sorayama and Keiichi Tanaami to a collection of Kith apparel, bridging the gap between fine art and everyday streetwear. This partnership is a testament to Kith’s commitment to cultural innovation and its deep respect for global creative communities.

The “Kith for Nanzuka” collection features the artists’ distinctive designs applied to Kith’s classic silhouettes. Fans can expect to see Sorayama’s signature futuristic, hyper-realistic, robotic art and Tanaami’s psychedelic, pop art-infused graphics on a range of items, including t-shirts and Nelson crewnecks. These pieces transform the apparel into wearable canvases, making art accessible to a wider audience.

Alongside the NANZUKA collaboration, Kith is celebrating the fifth anniversary of its Tokyo flagship store with a special capsule collection. This anniversary collection is a direct tribute to the brand’s success in the Japanese market and features custom graphics on a lineup of its most popular silhouettes. The capsule includes pocket tees, Nelson hoodies, and the brand’s new Jason II soccer top. In a nod to its Tokyo roots and a move to create exclusivity for its most loyal customers, this anniversary collection will be released exclusively online.

This collection will be available in Kith stores and online, allowing fans to get their hands on this exclusive partnership starting today.
