PHOENIX — Construction began on a new apartment complex at a Gilbert mixed-use development.
The Residences at The Gilmore is slated to open in early 2027, according to a press release. The complex will house 300 units with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans available.
The 35-acre site will contain two four-story apartment buildings, which will sit on the northwest corner of Val Vista Drive and Germann Road, just off the Loop 202
“The Residences at The Gilmore will be a lifestyle destination that reflects the energy and character of Gilbert,” Josh Purvis, managing partner for Thompson Thrift Residential, said in the release. “Every element, from the upscale amenities to the integrated walkable retail, has been thoughtfully designed to foster connection, convenience and community.”
