The twists on the Big Brother Season 27 game continue to throw the houseguests off their game, and Week 4 proved it.
Rylie Jeffries thought he was going to have an easy week on the CBS competition when he won the Head of Household.
However, fellow housemate Mickey Lee unleashed the HOH interrogation, and Rylie was dethroned from his HOH duties.
Rylie believed that it was Ashley Hollis who dethroned him, but he was wrong, and Mickey became the HOH in Week 4.
Mickey once again targeted Keanu Soto and nominated him for eviction alongside Kelley Jorgensen and Rylie.
However, Keanu won the Power of Veto for a third week in a row, forcing Mickey to put someone else up in his place.

After Keanu took himself off the block, Mickey nominated Jimmy Heagerty for eviction.
Who won safety in the BB Block Buster competition in Week 4?
Kelley, Rylie, and Jimmy were the housemates to enter the BB Block Buster competition and had one more shot at safety for the week and escape the block. Following the competition, Rylie won and would be safe from eviction.

By a vote of 9 to 2, Jimmy was the fourth housemate evicted from the Big Brother Season 27 house in Week 4, joining Amy Bingham, Zae Frederich, and Adrian Rocha, who were previously voted out.
During the voting process, Ashley had a difficult time deciding who to vote out of the house, and it turned into a chaotic moment. Rachel persuaded her to vote to evict Kelley, but on her way out, she bumped into Will, who told her he was voting Jimmy Out. Kelley went back into the Diary Room to change her vote but host Julie reminded viewers her first vote had already been locked in.
