Sean “Diddy” Combs is gearing up for a major music comeback — and he’s landed on Madison Square Garden as his stage.

The Bad Boy Records founder, who was found guilty of two counts of prostitution but acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges in July, is looking ahead at his return to the rap scene, his lawyer has revealed.

Marc Agnifilo, who has helmed the 55-year-old rapper’s legal team, told CBS Mornings that Combs is looking at organizing a comeback concert when he’s a free man.

“He’s going to be back at Madison Square Garden — and I said I’ll be there,” Agnifilo told Jericka Duncan in a segment set to air Thursday.

The legal honcho added that the “I’ll Be Missing You” musician is keen to “get back with his mother, and the people who love him and miss him.”

“I think he wants to get out of jail, reestablish a loving, present relationship with all of his seven children,” Agnifilo added.

When asked if a musical comeback is on the horizon, Agnifilo admitted that while Combs hasn’t said anything about getting back into the recording studio, he did have another idea in mind.

“No — honestly, he has not. OK, one thing he said, he said he was going to be back in Madison Square Garden.”

Duncan then clarified what Combs would be doing at MSG, to which Agnifilo responded, “I guess being on stage, you know?”

“I think he’s someone who’s always going to strive to do something, you know, exceptional and probably demanding and challenging,” he added.

The Post has reached out to reps for Combs for comment.

It comes just days after Combs’ legal posse confirmed that they have approached the Trump administration about a pardon — even as the president has signaled he’s leaning against letting the rapper off the hook.

“It’s my understanding that we’ve reached out and had conversations in reference to a pardon,” Nicole Westmoreland, a member of Combs’ defense team, told CNN this week.

President Trump on Friday told Newsmax host Rob Finnerty that he was on the fence about whether he would consider pardoning the rapper.

“Well, he was essentially, I guess, sort of half innocent,” Trump said of the Diddy case.

“Probably – eh, you know, I was very friendly with him. I got along with him great, and seemed like a nice guy. I didn’t know him well, but when I ran for office he was very hostile.”

“It’s hard, you know, like, we’re human beings, and we don’t like to have things cloud our judgment, right? But when you knew someone and you were fine, and then you run for office, and he made some terrible statements – so, I don’t know, it’s more difficult,” the president continued.

“They have talked to me about Sean,” Trump revealed.

When Finnerty asked if Trump was “more likely a ‘no’ for Combs,” the president responded: “I would say so.”
