Kroy Biermann was spotted at church Sunday with Jillian Green, the ex-wife of Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend.
Biermann, who celebrated his 41st birthday on Saturday, appeared calm as he chatted with Green near his car in Alpharetta, Georgia.
It’s the first time he’s been seen since a judge granted his 15-year-old son KJ Biermann’s $200,000 bond Friday.
The pair, who have been spotted out multiple times in the last few months, were dressed casually in jeans and T-shirts for the service.
Kroy was first spotted with Green, who was previously married to Zolciak’s boyfriend Kyle Mowitz, back in May on a flirty hike in Georgia, and again just last month making out in pap photos.
Zolciak savagely reacted to the news of their datesjust days before it was revealed their son was arrested, saying, “I’ve provided for Kroy for 10 years, so I’m sure he just wants another [provider].”
The two, who share six kids, have seemingly put their messy ongoing divorce on hold as they support their son in court for his sexual battery and sodomy case.
Though a judge granted $200,000 bond Friday, it’s unclear if the teen has yet to be released from jail.
Once out, KJ must remain at his mom’s home and attend school virtually. He must also stay off social media and not use a cellphone. He is also barred from having any direct or indirect contact with the alleged victim, her family or her associates, and cannot be in contact with anyone aged 16 or under.
Ahead of their son’s bond hearing, Kroy and Zolciak appeared visibly distressed, an eyewitness told Page Six Thursday.
The source said Zolciak was “walking at a hurried pace” and appeared “hectic and scattered” while arriving at and leaving her home.
Kroy, meanwhile, was seen driving back to his home Wednesday and appeared “devastated,” according to the eyewitness.
“You could see it in his eyes. He seemed to be in a very somber mood,” the insider said. “It is what you would expect with the week they’re having and the stakes if KJ doesn’t get bonded out of jail.”
Kroy and Zolciak arrived separately at Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta Friday, with an eyewitness telling Page Six that Kroy appeared “stressed” in the courtroom while Zolciak remained “stone-faced” throughout the hearing as she sat beside her eldest daughter, Brielle.
During the hearing, a victim statement was read aloud to urge the judge to consider her safety before releasing KJ, saying she had been “living in fear” and that the thought of his release “scares [her] more than [she] can put into words.”
Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy also alleged investigators previously discovered multiple videos on KJ’s phone depicting him having sex with a female family member under the age of 12.
McGillicuddy claimed KJ had been under court supervision since October 2025 following the alleged incident with the family member, which she said was reported in April 2023.
KJ’s lawyer, Jason Sheffield, defended his client following the hearing Friday, claiming “characterizations made in court regarding the prior juvenile matter … grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case.”
“It did not result in an adjudication for statutory rape, sexual intercourse, or any comparable offense,” Sheffield added.
KJ was arrested Aug. 17 for allegedly assaulting a female classmate inside a co-ed sauna at a Life Time Fitness center in April, according to papers filed in Fulton County Juvenile Court.
Kroy was seen for the first time since his son’s arrest when he picked up his son, Kash, whom he shares with Zolciak, from football practice Aug. 23.
Zolciak, for her part, spoke out against the “reckless and deeply troubling” allegations made against KJ the day he was arrested.
“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” a rep for Zolciak told Page Six in part in a statement.
The statement concluded, “We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.”
KJ was officially indicted Sept. 3 by a Georgia grand jury, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
He faces seven charges: one count each of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and false imprisonment, as well as three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16.
Kroy and Zolciak wed in November 2011, six months after KJ was born, and later welcomed three more children, Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12.
Kroy also adopted Zolciak’s daughters from previous relationships, Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24, in July 2013, before Zolciak filed for divorce in May 2023.
The pair filed for dismissal two months later, before Kroy filed for divorce again in August 2023, and they have remained embroiled in proceedings since.
It was also recently revealed Kroy is reportedly dealing with an unpaid gambling debt, in which he was ordered to fork up $64,000 in connection with a trip to the Bahamas that he took in November 2021.
