The highest grossing Final Destination of them all, Final Destination: Bloodlines ($138.1M domestic, $285.3M WW) will stream on HBO Max starting Friday, Aug. 1 with an HBO linear debut of Aug. 2, 8PM ET. That’s a 77-day theatrical window to streaming.
The movie was made available digitally in homes on June 17 in what was a 32 theatrical window, and on DVD/4K UHD/Blu-Ray on July 22 in what was a 67-day window.
The movie stars stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, Rya Kihlstedt, with Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd.
Blurb for the Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky directed movie: Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefani heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle – her grandmother, Iris – and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.
Pic’s screenplay is by Guy Busick & Lori Evans Taylor, and the story is by Jon Watts and Guy Busick & Lori Evans Taylor. It is based on characters created by Jeffrey Reddick. The movie was produced by Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle and Toby Emmerich. The executive producers are David Siegel and Warren Zide.
