Gisele Bündchen is celebrating another year around the sun, surrounded by her loved ones.
In honor of her 45th birthday on July 20, the supermodel gave fans a rare glimpse of her and Joaquim Valente‘s baby boy — as well as her twin sister, Patricia Bündchen — via Instagram Wednesday.
Gisele shared several snaps from her celebration, including an image of her and Patricia smiling while holding their birthday cakes. She also posted a snap of herself holding her baby boy, who was born in February, while speaking to her father, Valdir Bündchen, as they were seated outside.
In another photo, Gisele held the 5-month-old in a carrier on her chest as they looked at a nearby waterfall in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel strategically concealed the infant’s face in all of the photos.
“Haven’t been around here much, but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the warm birthday wishes,” she captioned the post.
“I’m so grateful for another trip around the sun and even more grateful to have spent it in nature, surrounded by love and my family,” the mom of three added.
Gisele also told her nearly 23 million followers that Wednesday would have been her mom Vania Nonnenmacher’s 77th birthday. (Nonnenmacher died in January 2024 after a battle with cancer. She was 75.)
“We miss her deeply, but we know she’s always with us,” Gisele wrote in the caption.
“I continue to trust and welcome life with an open heart, holding gratitude for all that is still to come. Sending love to everyone. 
,” she concluded.
Gisele and Valente, 35, have yet to reveal the little one’s full moniker. However, People reported back in February that the newborn’s middle name is River.
The blond beauty also shares son Benjamin, 15, and daughter Vivian, 12, with her ex-husband, Tom Brady. The model and the former NFL star were married from 2009 to 2022.
